    Preparation

    Sadhguru has created a simple Preparatory Sadhana for you to make yourself more receptive to Pancha Bhuta Kriya and derive maximum benefit from it. You can start the sadhana now or do it for a minimum of 3 days leading up to the program. Watch this 14-minute video for the necessary guidelines.

    Chanting Yoga Yoga Yogeshwaraya for 12 cycles. This is done twice a day (preferably at sunrise and at sunset). It is best to continue the chant as much as possible throughout the day. You can use the audio below for support.

    Food, Clothing and Bedding Guidelines

    🍊 Food

    • Increasing the amount of natural and raw food in your diet. You can experiment by introducing 40% raw food into your diet at least 7 days before the program. 

    👕 Clothing

    • Wearing loose-fitting, white clothing made of natural fibres like cotton
    •  To pre-order white clothes for Grace of Yoga sessions from Isha Yoga Center, please fill the form here.  
      You can collect it at the Isha life shop near the Welcome point upon your arrival after completing payment.

    🛏️ Bedding for Kedarnath  participants

    • Kedarnath participants will have the opportunity to stay and sleep in the consecrated space of the Adiyogi Alayam Program Hall. It will be a shared stay with separate areas within the hall allocated for ladies and gents.
    • Basic bedding items, including an organic straw mat, pillow and two cotton bedsheet, will be provided by the program team.
    • Participants are requested to bring sleeping bags or any extra bedding items if needed, as it can become cold at night with temperatures dropping to 16°C.
    • If you wish to order additional bedding items like foldable mattress with cushion, pillows & blankets beforehand, please call or WhatsApp the vendor at +91 93618 41565 . These items will be delivered to you when you check in at Isha Yoga Center on your check in date.
      📝Note : Please note the last date for ordering the mattress from vendor is 10  February (Tuesday).

        📘 General Guidelines

          • As a part of the ashram policy smoking or alcohol consumption inside the yoga center is strictly prohibited
          • It is mandatory to wear your wristband at all times for identification and security purposes.
          •  Dining and yoga sessions will take place at different locations depending on the category you have registered for. Due to the large number of people, security restrictions will be in place. Please go to the specific area assigned to you to avoid any confusion. 
          • Always leave your room key at the cottage reception. 
          • Please wear comfortable footwear to enjoy walking in the ashram

          📝Session Guidelines

            • Attendance for every session is recommended in order to make the best use of your time here.
            • Please follow the session timings. It is best to come to the session at least 10 minutes ahead of time
            • We suggest to wear comfortable White clothing during the Grace of Yoga sessions. During Yaksha and Mahashivaratri, festive and ethnic Indian wear is encouraged. 
            • Your clothing should be loose and comfortable, covering the shoulders, knees and midriff at all times for both men and women.
